I remember seeing Twice Upon a Time as a kid, probably when it came out, and being riveted by the stop-motion animation (or whatever it’s properly called). Thanks for another great issue, Amy!
I am such a fan of your column, and look forward to reading it every day! I am happy for this opportunity to connect in a way that lets me learn more about the person, Amy, not just the fabulous advice columnist. Thank you for the invitation!
For the record, the push-up idea was mine . . . Ha! Great minds! I started on New Year’s Day of 2020 with 1, and stopped increasing at 40 a day . . . And I have gotten my teenage daughter to do them too. It’s a great thing, and a good lesson in the idea of “compounding interest” when it comes to small daily habits. Thanks for sharing. I look forward to reading about more great ideas. 😊
Amy, you are one of my favorite people even though I have yet to meet you! It feels like we would be great friends. Thank you for your words of wisdom!
Lovely, Amy. I just bought a new book, signed up for a new show, and sent those terrific photographs to friends and family. And signed up for more editions of your newsletter! You’re a gem!

Pushups were a thing when I was in the Army (retired in 1995). Perhaps this is the motivation to start again.
I love, love, love this! So interesting and informative. Thank you for sharing your refreshing outlook on life.
Love seeing what you’re up to. Yea to the push-ups. I’ve lost a lot of body weight too. Think it’s because I’m paying mire attention to my life now.
