I’ve been a fan of your “Ask Amy” column for years. I appreciate how you read between the lines, hold people accountable for their part in an issue, help people find the words to express themselves, and inject humor. I love reading your newsletter! You are brave, insightful, and uplifting. Thanks!
Congratulations to you! I'm happy to read your newsletter any day that it arrives in my inbox- I so appreciate your authenticity, common sense, and humor. Now, the bad news: Although I love it, with student loans and kids in college, I'd be unlikely to pay to subscribe; it just isn't in the budget.
I enjoy the newsletter, but would not pay. That's not a comment on the quality, I'm just cheap by nature. Nice to see that your daughter Emily Mason is a contributor! Thanks for all the great stuff you continue to write in your column and books.
After hitting my target weight, via portion control and exercise, I weigh myself every day. If I am a pound over, I just try harder the next day to minimize the intake. If I'm 2 or more pounds over, I know it's going to be a rough few days of a strict regime to get me back to where I want to be.
Love your newsletter. Congratulations on your weight loss. I am working on that right now. My method so far is just not eat as much and walking. I'm having some success. I have noticed I keep the weight down or lose some when I eat very little or no breakfast. I'm happy I signed up for your newsletter at the beginning so I will get it free. I enjoy your writing but I wouldn't pay for the newsletter. I understand the need for people and business to make money but I already pay enough to watch TV and get access to our local newspaper. <3
I love your newsletter and read it first thing when it pops up! Congratulations on your weight loss - you look great! And I got married in a Jessica McClintock dress. Unfortunately, neither the dress nor the marriage survived the years, but good memories did. I'm very happy I will be receiving your newsletter free because as much as I enjoy it (along with your column and your books) I probably wouldn't pay for it . Doesn't fall into the necessities column, darn it. Keep walking!
I love the newsletters. Lots of variety, opinions and honesty! You look amazing in your boot cut jeans and congratulations on reaching your goal. This is a good distraction from "business". :) I probably would not pay for this though - pandemic has put a drastic crunch on our finances so watching every little thing. I will enjoy it while I can.
First of all Amy, thank you for making me feel less alone in the world.
I am enjoying your newsletter very much & found this week’s topics...middle age weight gain and walking...very timely & interesting. I also love the other snippets (I’ll be investigating lip stain!)
Your newsletter is a fun TGIF addition to a Friday...hope you continue sending it then but will also be happy to see it no matter what the day of the week!
Thank you so much for sharing your weight loss journey! Being of a certain age, I’ve found losing weight now is so different than when I was younger...acceptance of that makes life easier.
You look pretty bad ass in your old jeans! Congratulations!! I like Fridays. I really enjoy reading your column and newsletter. You are very insightful, knowledgeable and humorous. Sorry to be miserly but I most likely would not pay.
I like Fridays. I don't know if I would pay - we already have to pay so much for other services, and I enjoy not having to worry about it. But if it will help sustain your offerings, I think I would contribute. I love your column and the "extra" of "Asking Amy."
